Studio Policy

Studio Policy

In order to provide all of our customers with the best experience possible, we ask you to observe our studio rules and policies, which include:

– No refunds or exchanges after 1 hour from the time of purchase. In particular there are no refunds or returned credits for missed classes in a course, credits that have expired, no-shows or classes cancelled outside of our policy (24 hours before the start of the class). Refunds will also not be offered if we have to replace a teacher in a class or course

– Early bird discounts or other expiring offers will not be honoured past their end dates

– To ensure your safety and that of other students please cooperate with instructions from Omnida staff at all times

– Children under the age of 16 cannot be left unattended in reception after 7pm, and children under the age of 12 cannot be left unattended at any time

– Do not enter a studio before your class starts, even if no other class is in session at the time

– Please be prepared to leave class promptly and if necessary take away any equipment used especially during busy periods when classes are running back to back

– Keep noise levels down whilst waiting in reception, especially when classes are in the small Baby Studio

– Limit showers to a maximum of five minutes

– It is compulsory to bring a towel to hot yoga (or rent one from reception for £1)

– Do not consume food or drink in the Grand Studio or Baby Studio other than bottled water

– Be considerate to staff and other students – any rudeness or bullying will not be tolerated
