In our yoga classes you will learn sets of poses that are performed in various sequences to develop flexibility and stamina. Anyone of any level can attend this class, as difficulty is intensified by the Yogi. You work at your own level, and increase the difficulty when you feel you are performing the postures correctly and confidently.
