Our Ballet Barre Conditioning classes focus on sculpting your body and improving core strength and flexibility by combining toning exercises, Pilates, and ballet barre work.
By mixing focused stretching exercises with cardio interval blasts, you will leave Ballet Barre Conditioning feeling energised and worked from head to toe. No ballet experience is required and workouts can be adapted to all fitness levels. These classes reduce pressure on joints, ligaments, tendons and spine through precisely controlled movements.
